A new edition of the HORECA congress –organized by AECOC- took place this March_2016. This two-day-event gives attendees the opportunity of enjoying the products offered by sponsors and at the same time, the chance of attending interesting conferences.
AECOC required d events platform to take responsibility on the smooth running of the event concerning to the set up and on-site contents of all actions happening out of the plenary session room. This meant: previous and on-site organization of decoration, graphics and stand set up of the sponsoring area, as well as catering and Gala dinner. This last part supposes a new challenge every year.
