BIMBO EMEA held its second annual convention aimed at the management teams of the various countries that make up the region. The gathering brought together representatives from Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia, the United Kingdom, St. Pierre, and Romania, in an event designed to strengthen cohesion between delegations and define new strategies for joint growth.

The event took place at Finca Villanueva de Pítamo in Seville, an exclusive venue that provided the ideal setting for a full day of work sessions.
Throughout the convention, strategic sessions, workshops, and team-building activities were held — all focused on promoting collaboration, innovation, and shared leadership within the organization.

The creative design of the event revolved around the concept “The Art of Growth,” integrating BIMBO EMEA’s visual identity and values across all graphic, scenographic, and experiential elements.

The event concluded with a gala dinner held at the iconic Casa de Pilatos, where attendees enjoyed a unique experience combining high-end gastronomy with a traditional Sevillian dance and music performance, reflecting the essence and spirit of the host region.

Search and proposal of locations in Seville and surrounding areas.
Creation of the creative concept, graphic identity, and audiovisual content.
Management of suppliers and budget control.
Proposal of shows for the dinner.
Planning / development of the event and on-site coordination.
