BIMBO EMEA held an unprecedented convention where, for the first time, all the management teams from the different countries in the region gathered together. Representatives from Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia, the United Kingdom, St. Pierre, and Romania came together for an event designed to strengthen cohesion among the different delegations and establish new strategies for collective growth.

The event took place at the Montanyà Hotel by Senator and was characterized by a creative design that integrated the visual identity and values of BIMBO EMEA around the concept of the conquest of Alexander the Great. During the convention, several activities were carried out, including strategic sessions, workshops, and team-building dynamics aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation.

One of the event’s highlights was the gala dinner, which culminated in a live music concert in a relaxed atmosphere, allowing attendees to unwind and strengthen bonds in a more informal setting.

Tasks & responsibilities:

At d events platform, we took care of the complete management of the event for BIMBO EMEA, covering everything from the location proposal, creative design, coordination of transfers and activities, to the organization of the gala dinner and party.

Additionally, we managed the team-building activities, on-site coordination, and technical direction of the event. Every detail was carefully planned to reflect the brand’s identity and ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
