Once again, the PROVALLIANCE Group entrusted us with the organization of its annual meeting for franchisees and internal staff, held in October 2025.

The chosen city was Madrid, where we took charge of researching and selecting the most suitable venues to host both the professional seminar and the highly anticipated gala dinner.

Ultimately, the events took place at the Auditorio del Espacio Pablo VI, which hosted the working sessions, and La Florida, located in the iconic Retiro Park, where the evening celebration was held.

The main objective of the event was to promote togetherness and collective enjoyment in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To make the evening truly unforgettable, we designed a “Great Gatsby”-inspired theme, featuring a cabaret show and an interactive performance in which all attendees could take part and become part of the show.

The result: a unique day, filled with energy, elegance, and memorable moments.

Supplier management and budget control.
Proposal of shows for dinner.
Planning/development of the event and coordination of the same on site.
