d events platform team collaborated with Korsary, agency in the new edition of the Equatorial Leadership Meeting, as responsibles for the production and stage-managing of the event, which gathered directors of all bottling companies of Coca-Cola, this time in Barcelona.
Throughout two exciting days, master conferences (communication gurus and master class at IESE) and team building activities (Market visit and Delivery challenge) set the tone of the meeting.
We located the venues, created and managed the activities programme and the timing of the event, and coordinated all support staff on-site, as well as producing all graphic elements required.
During the event, we took responsibility of the stage-managing and contents of the conferences, and ensured the smooth developing of the programme.
The attendees were 100% participative and had such a great time, and Equatorial achieved its objective, one more year, of making all members be part of the same team.
