d events platform team collaborated with SM&BS, agency in the first Equatorial Global Meeting as responsible for the production and stage-managing of the event, which gathered directors of all bottling companies of Coca-cola in Africa.
Throughout two exciting days, conferences and team building activities. (Treasure hunting en la Medina de Marrakech y Big picture painting) set the tone of the meeting.
We located the venues, created and managed the activities programme and the timing of the event, and coordinated all support staff, as well as producing all graphic elements required.
During the event, we took responsibility of the stage-managing and contents of the conferences, and ensured the smooth developing of the programme.
The attendees were 100% participative and had such a great time, and Equatorial achieved its objective of making all members be part of the same team.
